This is a really easy and mouthwatering salmon recipe that you can prepare in very little time.

Make this dish on a busy day for a nice and wholesome lunch or dinner.

We like salmon at home and this is one recipe that the kids ask for.

I usually boil some Soba noodles on the side and steam sweet pees or edamame to add a green element.

I like to use wild Alaskan salmon for this recipe because the fish is caught fresh from ocean and not farm raised.

Ingredients Needed:

This delicious recipe requires a few ingredients: skinless salmon fillets, soy sauce, orange juice, rice vinegar and sesame oil.

I also use olive oil spray on hot pan or skillet to cook the salmon and add sesame seeds for garnishing the finished dish.

How to Cook Orange and Soy Salmon

Clean your fresh salmon fillets discarding any bones and place them in a bowl. Add soy sauce, orange juice, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Mix well and let marinate for a few minutes so the flavors blend well.

Heat a frying pan (or skillet) over medium heat and spray with olive oil. Add the salmon without the marinade and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove to a plate, wrap with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile in the same pan over medium heat, pour the marinade and bring to a boil; reduce the heat and let simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Plate your salmon and drizzle with the orange soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately while warm.

This dish is best served with Soba noodles or steamed vegetables. It also goes well with vegetable fried rice or steamed rice on the side.

You can also choose to have a green salad on the side. The options are endless.
