- 10oz young asparagus
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- Cut the bottom part of the asparagus stems, about 1–2 inches.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat up olive oil and sauté the asparagus for 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another 3 minutes. Toss occasionally to cook from all sides.
