Garlic Parmesan Sautéed Asparagus—with olive oil, garlic and Italian seasoning, this easy asparagus recipe is so fresh and takes 10 minutes to be ready.

Ingredients

  • 10oz young asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

    1. Cut the bottom part of the asparagus stems, about 1–2 inches.
    2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat up olive oil and sauté the asparagus for 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another 3 minutes. Toss occasionally to cook from all sides.
    3. Add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; mix and turn off heat. Add cheese and serve immediately.
