Sriracha and honey work well with salmon, and the addition of garlic and lemon gives a nice garlicky kick and a hint of freshness to the fish resulting in a great salmon dish that is sweet, spicy and loaded with flavor.
I find the best and easiest way to cook salmon is by baking it. The end result is juicy, moist and flaky fish cooked in a mouthwatering honey–sriracha, garlic and lemon sauce.
This delicious Honey Sriracha Baked Salmon recipe requires a few ingredients:
Salmon: skinless fillets of salmon. I use wild Alaskan wild caught salmon.
Honey: use a good quality honey. You only need a little.
Sriracha: this will give the fish a nice heat.
Garlic: freshly minced or crushed.
Lemon: I find lemons to be the best companion to fish and chicken.
Olive oil: You can use cooking olive oil or extra virgin.
I also add toasted sesame seeds and green onions for garnishing the finished dish.
