Honey sriracha baked salmon

This salmon dish takes 5 minutes to put together and 20 minutes to cook. It is so easy to make and great to have on busy week days for lunch or dinner.

Sriracha and honey work well with salmon, and the addition of garlic and lemon gives a nice garlicky kick and a hint of freshness to the fish resulting in a great salmon dish that is sweet, spicy and loaded with flavor.

I find the best and easiest way to cook salmon is by baking it. The end result is juicy, moist and flaky fish cooked in a mouthwatering honey–sriracha, garlic and lemon sauce.

Ingredients needed:

This delicious Honey Sriracha Baked Salmon recipe requires a few ingredients: skinless salmon fillets, honey, sriracha, garlic, lemon and olive oil.

I also add toasted sesame seeds and green onions for garnishing the finished dish.

Honey–Sriracha Sauce

This amazing sauce calls for few simple ingredients; honey, sriracha, garlic, lemon and olive oil.

I use equal rations of honey and sriracha to properly balance the flavor, and I suggest you use garlic and lemon to taste.
